the staff was accommodating all the time. the room was well-designed and reasonably large on such a basic level and the overall experience was great. the service was absolutely excellent.

The staff - some of them were not very friendly.

We had an incredible visit to the lodge with our family, enjoying the outdoor pool, sun terraces, and canopy tours. The highlight was definitely the boat tour through the canals at sunrise, where we spotted amazing wildlife and immersed ourselves in the beauty of the rainforest. The lodge also offered activities like canoeing and hiking, making it a perfect destination for adventure-seeking families.

My children wanted more kid-friendly activities.

Everything is good here, had a such great stay during our visit. The location is amazing and lovely, on the boats notably into the mangrove. The bets part that it's near to rainforest, and pacific coast.

I always return to this amazing place. The friendly staff helped me with currency advice on my first visit. Pachira Lodge suits me perfectly with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, bar, restaurant, outdoor pool, and jacuzzi. I will definitely be back for another city trip.

Comfortable hotel with large beds and new-fashioned rooms. Marvellous and stunning location, just a short stroll away from Souvenir Pura Vida. - Good restaurant with excellent cuisine. - Exceptionally nice staff.

The room was functional and new-fashioned, the bad was big. Throughout the day staff were enthusiastic. The location was stunning, to pacific coast, it's a plus. Plus, it was approx 0 mins walk from Playa Tortuguero;)))

Beautiful hotel in a remote location accessible by boat. Staff is knowledgeable and provides great service. The bar area is nice. Rooms are well-maintained. Conveniently located in the middle of the city, close to town, Turtle Conservancy, and the beach. Surrounded by jungle and near Tortuguero National Park.

Smooth pick up, comfortable coach rides, enjoyable boat rides, good variety of Costa Rican food, beautiful cabin with modern amenities.

The rooms were perfectly clean and nicely styled, making for a very positive stay. the staff was polite and very welcoming to all guests. - the dishes served were outstanding. - the lodge's remote location felt like it was in the middle of the jungle. - the Sea Turtle Conservancy Natural History Museum was within walking distance.

Nestled by the river, we were surrounded by the rainforest at the footsteps of Tortuguero National Park. We enjoyed a boat ride to the beach where the turtles lay eggs and Tortuguero Village. The room and bathroom were clean, with mosquito nets, towels and toiletries provided. The service was warm, with a refreshing fruit punch and friendly staff to help with luggage. Breakfast was delicious with several options, and we enjoyed cocktails at the bar by the pool.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location in the forest was absolutely breathtaking. Surrounded by the lush greenery of the Costa Rican rainforest on the Caribbean coast, it was like being in a paradise. I loved being right on the river, as it added to the tranquility and beauty of the surroundings. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, making my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The airport shuttle provided by the hotel was a great convenience, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free journey. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The tours and excursions included were a big plus, allowing me to explore and experience the wonders of the rainforest. this venue provided a luxurious experience with enhanced comfort and quality services.

The value for money at our stay in Tortuguero was excellent! The room was beautiful, with modern amenities and a relaxing rain shower. The location of the hotel amidst the rainforest was incredible, allowing us to experience nature up close, from monkeys to toucans. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

One small thing that could make the breakfast offerings better is to extend the time slot beyond 7 to 8.
